 Description:

Coe Music Studio is seeking passionate and qualified Music Teachers to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will inspire and educate students in the joy of music, fostering a love for learning and creativity. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for developing lesson plans, conducting classes, and guiding students in various aspects of music theory and practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to different skill levels.
  • Instruct students on music theory, history, and practical skills related to their chosen instrument.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their musical growth.
  • Organize and participate in recitals, concerts, and other musical events showcasing student achievements.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall music education program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or related field (or are working towards one).
  • Proven experience in teaching music to students of various ages and skill levels.
  • Proficiency in playing and teaching at least one musical instrument.
  • Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and various musical genres.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students in their musical journey.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Music Education or piano pedagogy.
  • Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology in music education.
